Proforma invoice orders require a 50% advance payment to initiate production and the balance payment must be made before it is shipped from Bursa.

Payment should be made by bank transfer (in Turkish Lira for domestic payments or in Euro € or US$ for international payments) and confirmation of the transfer (along with the receipt) must be sent via email to your sales representative or to sales@neoseramik.com. Proformas must be signed and stamped by the customer as confirmation of the contents.

All items remain the property of Neo Ceramics LTD until full payment is received. Neo Ceramics reserves the right to postpone the shipment date until the balance payment of the order is received.

As our products are handmade and produced according to customer requests, we cannot accept returns.

The production process begins after we receive your invoice and the required 50% advance payment. Once your payment is received in our account, it will be processed immediately.

Yes, we ship directly from Bursa to most countries around the world.

Registered design protects the design of a product. It gives the owner exclusive rights to the design and can prevent others from copying or producing it without permission. Therefore, registered design is necessary to protect our brand from being copied.

Yes, we issue an export registered invoice because we have a registered exporter certificate for export transactions. Please inform us in advance for export transactions and provide the necessary documents.

We deliver your orders as boxed pallets directly from the factory within an average of 3-4 weeks. We generally do not keep stock of our handmade ceramic tiles, but since we conduct double firing, we may have some stock of the tiles that have undergone the first firing. If you choose from these tiles, our delivery time may be reduced to 1 week. For the most accurate information about delivery times, we recommend that you consult with our authorized sales representative during the proforma process. We take care to produce and deliver your orders within the specified proforma period.
